  • What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness is a state of being present, in the current moment, without judgement.
  • Is mindfulness hypnosis? No, Mindfulness is not hypnosis (although it is a mind-body modality).
  • Is Mindfulness a religion? Mindfulness is not a religion. Practicing mindfulness does not mean you have to give up your  religious faith, adopt a different faith, or becoming religious.
  • Can I learn Mindfulness once and then be done with learning it? Well, you might have periods where you are mindful in life, but a  regular, formal practice will bring more long-term benefits.
  • What are the benefits of practicing Mindfulness? Scientific research suggests that a regular, formal practice can help induce a calm mind and improved sense of well-being.
