Do you collect bags from the jetty?
No, to experience what it is to live like a local please collect and delivery your own bag from and to the jetty.
Do you offer in-person retreats over the weekend?
Unfortunately not; the weekends are time for specific Artists in Residence events, Studio Day Rental and time for family and friends..
Do I need to bring tea and coffee making items?
I provide basic tea and coffee making items. If you have specific requirements, please bring these with you.
I don't have to hike do I?
You don't have to hike. You can arrive at, and depart from, our jetty. It is about a 10 min. walk to the studio.
Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
No, I provide a yoga mat.
What's the benefit of a 1-1 retreat?
Working with people in a private, or small group setting can make a significant difference to the class or retreat attendee. This allows for the opportunity for exploration, with awareness, leading towards holistic integration of body, mind and spirit.
Do you provide food?
No, culinary art isn’t my area of expertise and given our remote location it is difficult to plan for different dietary requirements. Please bring what you need or arrange delivery and collection from our jetty.
Can I stay for just one night?
No, there is a 2-night minimum stay.
Can I stay for more than 2 nights?
Longer stays are occasionally available depending on the season and my availability.
How do I find out about virtual wellbeing retreats?
